Cancellation(/Revocation) Policy

1. Right to Cancel(/Revoke)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 3. We do not accept returns in which the consumer has used the product from purchased/received date from personal use, this is for hygiene reasons.

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 3 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Address

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us [Advanced Dermal Institute] of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use contact info page to send via email.

4. The Cancellation Deadline

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

5. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer) immediately and at the latest three days from the day we received your notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund in any case.

6. Right of Retention

6.1 We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back (sealed & unused) or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

6.2 We are not responsible for tracing lost/stolen goods.

7. Return Shipping

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us [Advanced Dermal Institute], without undue delay and in any event not later than 7 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 7 days has expired.

8. Costs of Return Shipping

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We accept returns within 7 days from purchase and in case there was a defect in the Goods (Damaged) at the time of purchase. Please keep in mind that if you return the Goods for any other reason than defect in them, the shipping cost is non-refundable and will be extracted from the refund sum.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

  • with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
  • securely wrapped;
  • including our delivery slip;
  • at your risk and cost.


You must tell us by email message to info@adinstitute.com.au that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect.  We will then issue a returns note.  If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.

If we agree that the item is faulty, we will do one of the following depending on stock availability and your choice:

  • refund the cost of returned goods;
  • replace the item.
