If you do not agree to these Terms, or our Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our site.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw, discontinue or amend the service we provide on our site for business or operational purposes without notice. Access may be terminated or suspended in relation to specific or to all users or customers who have registered with us. 

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these Website Terms and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

1 - DEFINITIONS

Carrier — means any person or business contracted by us to carry Goods from us to you.

Content — means any content in any form published on Our Website by us or any third party with our consent.


Goods — means any of the goods we offer for sale on Our Website.


Our Website — means the entire computing hardware and software installation that is or supports our website.


Post — means display, exhibit, publish, distribute, transmit and/or disclose information, Content and/or other material on to Our Website, and the phrases “Posted” and “Posting” shall be interpreted accordingly.

2 - OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

2.1 - This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties.


2.2  - Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this agreement, he/she does not rely on any representation, warranty, information or document or other term not forming part of this agreement.


2.3 - We do our best to monitor the stock levels accordingly but we cannot guarantee that Goods advertised on our website are available.


2.4  - We may change these terms from time to time.  The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Website on the day you order Goods.

3 - ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

3.1- We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number.


3.2 - Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order, please email us at info@adinstitute.com.au quoting your order number.


3.3  - We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.


3.4 - If some of the items in your order are missing, we will refund you for them and will let you know once they are available in stock again.

4 - PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 - Price is set to AUS currency only, including GST of the purchased product via www.advanceddermalinstitue.com

4.2  -  If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.


4.3 - The price of the items does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of Our Website before we ask you to pay.


4.4 - If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than 14 days from the date when we accept that repayment is due.

5 - SECURITY OF YOUR CREDIT CARD

5.1  - We take care to make Our Website safe for you to use. Card payments are not processed through pages controlled by us. We use online payment service provider PayPal who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.


5.2 - If you have asked us to remember your credit card details in readiness for your next purchase, PayPal will convert your card information into a encrypted transaction through encrypted online portal.

6 - AVAILABILITY

6.1 - All items are subject to availability.


6.2 - Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

7- CONSUMER PROTECTION: CANCELLATION AND EXCLUSIONS

This paragraph applies if and only if, you are a Australian citizen, and you bought the Goods as a Consumer.


7.1 - You may cancel your order at any time before we dispatch your order or before the expiry of 3 working days from the date you receive your order, not including the day you received it.


7.2 After we have dispatched the Goods, you may cancel your order provided that you notify us within fourteen days of receipt and return the Goods to us within fourteen days. If you do, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and our delivery charge, if any.


7.3  - If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the Goods, you must return them to us in the same condition in which you received them.  We cannot refund your money if the Goods have been used, worn or damaged. Under no circumstances the goods with damaged BubbleSeal™ will be accepted.


7.4 - You are responsible for the cost of returning them. We are not obliged to refund to you your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.


7.5 - To assist us in identifying your Goods on receipt by us, we ask you to email at info@adinstitue.com.au  for a returns reference to be placed below our address / returns label.


7.6 - If you fail to return the goods, within 14 days, we are entitled to cancel any refunds to the consumer.


7.7 - We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned Goods.


7.8 - This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty within 14 day period.

8 - DELIVERY AND PICK UP

8.1 - Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.


8.2 - If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.


8.3 - We may deliver the Goods in installments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.


8.4 -  Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.


8.5 - All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience.


8.6 - Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable.


8.7 - Goods are sent by post.  We will send you a message by email to tell you when we have dispatched your order.


8.8  - If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.


8.9 - Some items are so large and heavy that delivery times may be slightly longer. In this case, approximate delivery dates will be given when you place your order.


8.10 - Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

9- RETURNS

These provisions apply in the event that you return any Goods to us for any reason:


9.1 - We do not accept returns unless you buy as a consumer, or there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.


9.2  - The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered and the product wasn't used for personal reasons.


9.3  - So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

  • with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
  • securely wrapped;
  • including our delivery slip;
  • at your risk and cost.


9.4 - You must tell us by email message to info@adinstitute.com.au that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect or other reason for return.  We will then issue a returns note.  If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your complaint.


9.5 - In returning a faulty item please encloses with it a note clearly stating the defect.


9.6 - If we agree that the item is faulty, we will:

  • refund the cost of return carriage;
  • replace the item.


10- THE DATA YOU SHARED WITH US

10.1 -You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself.  We need this information to provide you with the Goods.


10.2 - Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

11 - SYSTEM SECURITY

11.1 - We will do our best to maintain Our Website so that you have constant use, but there will be times when your use may be interrupted.


11.2  - You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of Our Website.


11.3 - You may not use any software tool for the purpose of extracting data from our website. You understand that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution.

12- COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

12.1- All offer codes are applied to the value of the order, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.


12.2 - The offer code must be entered into the Coupon field on the basket page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.


12.3 - Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.


12.4 - Items already reduced in price, are also excluded from coupon offers.


12 .5 - Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

13 - TREATMENTS

13.1 - We only trade in the form of AUD currency and do not accept cheques prior to appointed bookings for any services we provide.

13.2 - Any treatments that have been purchased under a discounted price/rates are non refundable for any services we provide at [Advanced Dermal Institute]

13.3 - 24 hour cancellation policy period applies of 15% AUD currency
