What is Electrolysis?
Electrolysis Permanent Hair Removal Treatment for permanent hair removal is the only method approved as offering Permanent Hair Removal .It does require multiple sessions to achieve best possible results.
Electrolysis is a traditional method for permanent hair removal. It is great for smaller areas such as single, stubborn-to-remove hair on the chin, eyebrows and generally around the nipple. It can treat all hair colours, including blonde and white. Only sterile disposable probes
are used. Because it doesn't target hair pigment (colour) like laser, but attacks the follicle itself. People that aren't good candidates for laser can still get electrolysis.
How does Electrolysis work?
Hair grows in different stages: growing, resting and shedding. We need to get the hair in the growth phase for electrolysis hair removal to be most effective- just like laser hair removal.
Electrolysis works by delivering an electric current via a fine sterile needle into each hair follicle. This electric current destroys the cells responsible for hair growth.
Is Electrolysis safe?
Electrolysis Hair Removal is approved by the medical profession and has been available for over 100 years. We always use Sterex Sterile Disposable Needles recommended by the Public Health Laboratory Service. The individually packed needles remain sealed and sterile until opened for your treatment and they are immediately disposed of thereafter.
